Hannes Wessels,

A little over six years ago the world erupted in anger when the international media turned all its attention on the death at the hands of the Minneapolis Police Department of an African-American by the name of George Floyd.

The deceased was a serial criminal who had served eight jail terms on various charges including drug-dealing, drug-possession, theft, trespass, and aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon. He died in the course of resisting lawful arrest after trying to affect a purchase using counterfeit currency.

I was particularly interested in the trial because the testifying pathologist was Zimbabwe-born Dr. Davis Fowler and we shared alma-maters having both studied at the University of Cape Town. Despite intense, at times hostile cross-examination, Dr. Fowler insisted the cause of death was sudden cardiac arrythmia due to underlying heart disease and the presence of fentanyl and methamphetamine in Floyd’s system rather than pressure on his neck from arresting officer Derek Chauvin. He added that proximity to a vehicle exhaust emitting carbon monoxide at the scene may have contributed to his death.

Unfortunately for Officer Chauvin on trial for murder, the jury, the judge and most of the rest of the world were not interested in an expert opinion that contradicted the popular narrative they all wanted to believe. His evidence was duly ignored and Chauvin was convicted of manslaughter and handed a 20-year sentence.

By this time, much of the world was on its knees, led by politicians, celebrities and sportsmen and women, the world expressed unqualified outrage leading to protests, mob-violence and the torching of entire neighbourhoods in the US. In the American context Joe Biden compared Floyd’s death to that of civil-rights leader Martin Luther-King and Speaker Nancy Pelosi led the US House of Representatives and the Senate in paying their respects.

On the 3rd December last year Henry Nowak, an 18 year-old student at Southampton University of mixed Polish/British descent was making his way home after an evening with friends at a pub when he was attacked by a knife-wielding Sikh by the name of Vickrum Digwa who stabbed him repeatedly before the assailant’s mother took the knife from the scene and a call was made to the Hampshire Police by Digwa’s brother reporting a racially motivated verbal assault on Vickrum by Nowak. On arrival at the scene, the arresting officers, despite cries for help from a stricken young student, ignored his pleas, manhandled him roughly into position to handcuff him behind his back, and then sought to placate the killer. Henry’s last words were, “.. please brother, I can’t breathe.”

To any rationale mind the facts suggest a far greater injustice was inflicted upon Henry Nowak than George Floyd but his murder hardly caused a murmur from the British and international press. It was really only after the trial that followed earlier this month and the interest taken in the case by Elon Musk on ‘X’ that word spread of this horror story and the reaction from those who were outraged by the death of George Floyd, is remarkably different.

British PM Sir Keir Starmer, who famously took the knee for Floyd reserved his anger, not for the killer, or the racist arresting officers, but for Musk and others who had the temerity to express their outrage. Musk, being American, came in for special criticism as Starmer pointed out this was a matter for the people of the UK and not foreigners. Clearly the same rules did not apply to PM Starmer when he stood in the Commons and called on Britons and people all over the world to join him in expressing “shock and anger” in the wake of the Floyd death.

Deputy PM David Lammy reserved his wrath for Reform UK leader Nigel Farage who called on his followers to share his sense of “rage” notwithstanding the fact he, Lammy, had been at the forefront of the Floyd

furore expressing his “righteous anger.” When asked if he would take the knee for Henry Nowak he answered no.

Of all the rich, famous, and powerful who joined the clamour over the death of George Floyd, I know of none who have had the gumption to so much as publicly acknowledge the tragedy that ended the young life of, by all accounts, a decent, law-abiding, young white teenager. Their silence is deafening.

The moral of the story is the people who shout loudest about racism are the worst of the perpetrators. For too long anti-White racism has been officially condoned and promoted. It remains to be seen if the Nowak case is a turning point away from this worldview. I cannot say I am optimistic.

  1. George Fraud was a conman right to the very end!!!! I feel sympathy for Derek Chauvin having been blamed for his death😢
George died of a heart attack brought on by a fentanyl overdose but the fake Mickey Mouse Media🐭🐭🐭 turned him into a
    Martyr👿👿👿👿

  2. What followed the sentencing of the murderer of Henry Nowak was an eruption of anger at the two-tier justice system the UK has endured under Starmer. Of course, Starmer and his ilk have lost no time in condemning the violent protests, but did not criticise the wave of protests, violence and looting that followed the death of the convicted felon George Floyd.
Violence is not to be encouraged, but Starmer has made the Brits voiceless. Protest… get arrested and within a week you are tried and sentenced. Never less than two years for throwing a stone, even if it does not hit anyone or cause any damage…. or pushing a wheelie-bin toward the police…. not hitting them with it. Murder a white person and if you are an ethnic the trial is not held for months, as in the case of the Nowak murder. Once the details get into the press , Downing Steret sends what is called the “Nudge Unit.” They visit the bereaved family and warn them not to complain or make statements. In other words, they are intimidated into silence so the government does not get bad publicity.. Two years ago a young mother, Rihanna White, was working at one of the hotels housing asylum seekers. After work she was followed by one of them, raped and stabbed to death with a screwdriver The mother of the victim is still waiting to hear one word from Starmer or any of his team,,,,,she has now appealed directly to Donald Trump and Elon Musk to get some publicity and reaction. Starmer ignore her because the murderer is an illegal immigrant housed in a hotel along with dozens more like him. She got the publicity and Starmer is furious that she appealed to the USA, the nudge unit will be paying her a “shut up” visit. He and the Deputy Prime minister, the idiot David Lammy, ( FACT.: When asked if he knew who the husband of Joan of Arc was, answered. “That was Noah.” ) have told the US not to interfere in UK politics….so the US have asked why Starmer interfered in US politics when he sent over 100 Labour activists to the US to knock on doors and tell voters not to vote for Trump at the last Presidential election. The blind arrogance, the out of touch stupidity is off the scale. Over a year ago two Pakistani brothers violently attacked two arresting officers at Birmingham airport. A policewoman was punched in the face, her nose broken. The trial, over a year later, was abandoned because the jury could not agree that the assailants had used force… despite shocking photographs and video of a crying policewoman, blood streaming from her face. A re-trial was held. Same result, the Prosecution declined a third trial….so the the two Pakistani thugs walked free. Any trial in Birmingham would be loaded with ethnic jurors, easily intimidated by the Pakistani gangs that hold sway in the city.
Two Tier Kier is what he is called and the voters have had enough. There is really big trouble brewing in the UK, with open talk of civil war.
The government is falling apart. In the last 22 months, 17 members of the cabinet have resigned……two of them Secretaries of State (Health and Defence) the others are ministers or deputy ministers. Starmer is seen as toxic, he is tottering….. he will resign or be evicted in handcuffs…. the Army, Navy and Air Force are VERY unhappy, unprepared and woefully under equipped…short of finance by a minimum of 28 billion £’s. The UK under Starmer lposes as a leader on the world stage. We have slipped, in just 18 months, from having the second largest military budget in the EU, to being the 31st. That is some fall! Now a laughing stock as Starmer struts about promising non-existent arms that we do not have to Ukraine. In truth, we would have to rely on Ukraine for ammo and drones if the shite hits the fan with Russia. He is forever calling meetings to waffle in the capitals of the EU about Ukraine and is seen grinning inanely while being hugged by Emmanuel Macron and other posturing slime-balls that are leading Europe into oblivion. While all this is going on, quietly in the background, the Trial of the three Starmer Rent-boys is reaching a conclusion. (Rumour has it, they were supplied to Starmer by Peter Mandelson!)They were taken into custody over a year ago and have been held incommunicado ever since. Reporting was banned…. a super-injunction kept it all under wraps. Starmer does not want his sexual preferences aired in open court! We cannot wait to hear the verdicts!

  3. Terrorists and their families were housed as refugees (with all the perks) in UK during our Rhodesian Bushwar, this skulduggery is not new, Labour lib dems some cons and much of the civil servants are behind it. Corbyn, Hain and Abbott were prime movers to name a few.mw

  4. Hannes: The SAD part of all of this righteous kerfuffle is that the Left-Wing, Socialist mob have gained control of the streets of most of Europe and Much of the USA and certainly in Canuckistan. The indoctrination starts in the Kindergarten classes and goes right up until they leave formal education and seek employment in some of activity that agrees with their mental outlooks, OR, passivelly agrees to let the applicant behave in any manner they want to. Trump is fighting a Very Uphill battle in the USA, to cler out this perverted manner of thinking, BUT, He appears to lose as many battles as He wins. Most of EUROPE is getting to the point of being beyond any form of redemption, OR, turning in a Better Direction..
My Two Bits worth, for what it is worth.

    1. Yes Doug they have brain-washed most of the populace; they started early and its been very effective.

  5. Indeed Hannes!! And the same story with the O.J. Simpson case. Because of his skin colour he gets away with murder! I wonder when this sick world is going to wake up!

  6. Here in Australia there is one major newspaper,The Australian, that has published the Floyd and Nowak stories very honestly.
It has also taken a very strong stand against the scourge of rising antisemitism, and won’t let this country forget the cowardly Bondi killings.
It can boast of a wonderful team of eloquent and honest journalists.
It is truly a beacon of light.

  7. Spot on Hannes!
    Two-tier morality. Hypocrisy 101.
Thanks for the viewpoint and the interesting posts, as always.
